Meadow Creek Reservoir

Description:
Meadow Creek Reservoir is a beautiful lake located just outside the western boundary of the wilderness. This deep lake contains brook, rainbow, and cutthroat trout. The entire shoreline is easily accessible for fishing. However, the south shore is located on private land. There are ample places to camp around the north side of the reservoir and along the road below the dam.

Directions:
Take Highway 40 from Granby south to Tabernash. Travel east a short distance on County Road 83 and turn left on County Road 84. Turn left on Forest Road 129 and travel north about 11 miles to the reservoir.
